The Breast Unit Marienhospital Bottrop is dedicated to breast cancer diagnosis, treatment and support. Our team guids the patient through the whole diagnostic workup and the whole therapy. From mammogram over core cut biopsy to chemotherapy and radiation, the whole process is provided by one multidisciplinary team. We treat about 40% of our patients in clinical studies and provide the most modern approaches such as intraoperative radiotherapy. Our breast unit is certified and recommended by the German Cancer Society and the German Society of Senology.
