Breast Cancer and Reconstractive Surgery Department is part of the Cancer Center in Warsaw. In our Department we diagnose and treat only breast cancer patients. We have patients in all stages. In our center, we collaborate with the mammography screenig unit, the genetic consulting department and the palliative care department. We also have close cooperation wih pathology, mammography radiology and nuclear medicine departments. In all these departments there are dedicated doctors specially delegated to coopetate with our department. Breast Cancer department is divided into two wards: surgical and non-surgical ward. Our staff is composed by breast surgeons and reconstructive surgeons and all kind of brest operations including reconstructive surgery are performed. In our non-surgical ward we have medical oncologists and radiotherapists. We perform adjuvant, neoadjuvant and treatment of metastatic disease. Out-patient clinic is part of the department and all our doctors have consultation there. We regularly have clinical, pathological and radiological meetings and we perform clinical trials.
