The Breast Unit Marienhospital Bottrop is dedicated to breast cancer diagnosis, treatment and support. Our team guides our patients through diagnostic workup and therapy. From mammogram over core cut biopsy to surgery, chemotherapy and radiation, the whole process is provided by one multidisciplinary team. We treat about 40% of our patients in clinical studies and provide the most modern approaches such as intraoperative radiotherapy. Our breast unit is certified and recommended by the German Cancer Society and the German Society of Senology.
