Hospital Nossa Senhora das Graças is a renown private hospital in Curitiba, a big city in the south of Brazil. It has nearly 400 patient's beds (8 of them dedicated to breast cancer patients). We have a very active multidisciplinary team that has been working together in our Breast Unit for more than 20 years. The main goal of the Unit is to integrate the oncological treatment with quality of life for our breast cancer patients. In the field of research, we do both clinical and basic research. Oncoplastic surgery, sentinel node biopsy, breast cancer genetics, and clinical bioethics are the most important research strategies of our Unit.
