Liv Hospital Ulus Breast Center takes a multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis and treatment of cancer cases and other breast diseases. Experts from different departments such as breast surgery, radiology, pathology, medical oncology, radiation oncology, psychology, and genetic decide the treatment and follow up protocols of our patients together with the multidisciplinary meetings and use the latest technology for both diagnosis and treatment. In our centre, we can perform breast screening and also use mammography, ultrasonography and MRI depending on the patients’ need. All patients are evaluated according to the genetic characteristics, tumour characteristics, age and a personalized treatment protocol are applied. Family screening in the clinic identifies family members at risk of cancer.
